Alignment
Because we started off as a project, we understand what it's like on both sides of the proverbial table (check out our origin story for more details). Unfortunately, we've also seen and heard about many horror stories regarding predatory practices and unethical behavior from market makers.
As a result, we have a strong desire to change the industry and are firm believers in alignment of interest. A steadfast cultural imperative for the firm is to ensure that our actions are aligned with our partners; we achieve this by always seeking to understand the needs of our partners and to deliver on our promises.

Transparency
Everyone talks the talk when it comes to transparency, but few walk the walk.
Clients receive access to a private dashboard directly connected with our database to track real-time liquidity provisioning performance on a per exchange-symbol basis with unique metrics shared to help ensure visibility and alignment.
In addition, access to our Liquidity Monitor helps you independently track order book liquidity across top exchange-symbols so you can monitor your spreads and depths in detail.
Clients also receive a list of all executed trades at the end of each contract to verify performance and further provide detailed transparency.
Proof of Work
Instead of spending resources on splashy sponsorships, hosting extravagant parties, or buying tons of ads and PR, we prefer to let our capabilities and reputation do the talking. The process takes longer but our thesis remains constant: quality wins over time.
